At Herbalife, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
